In this cartoon, from the perspective of Tiger Woods, there is a portly white man with dollar symbols for eyes staring straight into your eyes. He represents the PGA (Professional Golf Association) and he's telling you "Welcome back Tiger! All is forgiven!"
This affects me in a personal way due to the fact that whenever a celebrity or someone with influence over people falls from greatness because of a mistake, it seems that everyone is against that person. They may lose endorsements, record-deals, their jobs, and other things that are important to them. But whenever that person makes a comeback and it turns out that no one really turned their backs upon that person, all of the people and enterprises that shun the person welcome them back with open arms in the hopes of making money.
