In his personal bubble he states "I'll Quit Smoking After The Economy Turns Around, The Bailouts Are Paid Back, National Health Care Is Established, North Korea Quiets Down, Iran Is Stabilized, Peace In The Middle East...".The cartoonist is figuratevely saying that our president is really under entensive stress.
In order to proceed and overcome the overwhelming pressures that come with the position of being a president Obama smokes. but in reality he is not only ruining his reputation and life,he is also ruining the faith that America has in him and sets the wrong example of himself to the world when he smokes his life away. I understand the demanding and persistent challenges he faces everyday like establishing health care and helping the economy , but it comes with the territory and there are healthier and better ways to overcome stress to continue to work hard and succeed at his job.
