In this cartoon we can see congress, the big "crash" word, and one of the representative from congress saying, "That must be the president of Toyota arriving to testify! He's a little early!" The cartoon's making fun of Toyota's unintentional acceleration error in their cars that can lead to a accident, in this case a crash.
Although Toyota produce some of the most gas efficient and environmental friendly cars, Toyota's neglect toward the unintentional acceleration is unacceptable because it can lead to serious car accidents and injuries. If the unintentional acceleration happened on a busy roads or highways, one malfunction car is enough to cause the death of many people. Toyota should put this problem as their top priority because human life are on the line here.
