In this particular cartoon there is a three man stand to display First, Second, and Third places in certain situations. On first place stands Tiger Woods, below him is Bill Clinton, and finally is Mark Sanford at third place. Then pedastal they stand upon states "Best Apology for Cheating on Wife" and Clinton is stating "He's got to be first at everything..."
Although we hold celebrities to higher standards, it's clearly shown that they can still succumb to temptations and sin just as easily as normal people.
