In the cartoon there are donkey, Democrats, and elephant, Republicans, fighting over something. While this is happening there's a patient, the skeleton with uninsured shirt, sitting outside while the nurse tell him to wait a bit longer because the doctors are discussing something. This cartoon means that the Republicans and the Democrats are taking too much time to fight over the health insurance problem, and the uninsured people will die long before the government ever get the health insurance policies right. Although the government needs caution and time to get the health insurance policies right, spending too much time will only put peoples, like me who doesn't have a health insurance because the government keeps switching things up, at risk because if something happened before the new health insurance policies comes out it would be a pain to pay for it. The government should quickly make a health insurance policy rather than fighting over who's right and wrong. It looks like the Democrats and the Republicans are more concerned about who's side win than what's the best for the people. Attachments:
