In the above cartoon, Sarah Palin is shown standing at a podium with hesitancy to continue with her speech, glaring at two palms positioned to the front left and front right of her. The cartoonist uses this image as a mimicry to show to mock how Sarah Palin, at the "National Tea Party Convention," uses her palm as a cheat sheet in order to answer questions during her speech.

Sarah Palin through her own words after criticizing Obama for using a teleprompter, contradicts herself when she was caught using her own palm as a notepad in her tea-bagging "speech." This just goes to show that Palin should not be trusted due to her own act of hypocrisy displayed after such a cheap criticism of Obama, and she can easily mislead her followers.
