In the picture above, the cartoonist shows Sarah Palin having a note written on her hand saying "U betcha I can see Russia 2012". Also there is a button that has her last name on it and in the bubbles she is saying "Unlike Obama, I don't need a teleprompter". The author is showing how Palin literally uses her palm as a cheat sheet while saying a speech at the "National Tea Party Conference".
Even though Palin judges Obama by saying that she doesn't need teleprompters, she contradicts herself by looking at her palm when she was asked a question at the National Tea Party Conference. The entire situation is basically stating how dumb and hypocritical Palin really is and she really doesn't have any right to judge anyone, especially if she's going to turn around and do it in a obvious way, confirming how dishonest she really is.
