1. Write a loose sentence about what you did over the weekend. This weekend, I got up and dressed up for work, regardless of how tired and exhausted I was, as I headed over to Five Guys.
2. Write a periodic sentence about a test or an assignment that you did not look forward to doing. With numerous parts, and multiple links to read, this assignment is time consuming.
3. Write either a loose or a periodic sentence in which you explain the first thing that comes to mind right now (it can be anything, just keep it appropriate); be sure to note which sentence type you chose. (Loose) Right now, I am thinking about hamburgers, as I sit in my desk typing while starving with hunger, hamburgers continue to fill my mind.

1. CORRECT
2. CORRECT
3. INCORRECT - one of your independent clauses comes at the end of the sentence; thus, it is periodic
