1) Sentence does not begin with a prepositional phrase
2) This is a complex sentence with two prepositional phrases
3) INCORRECT; if you remove "with rabis," the sentences would have parallel structure

1. -By the tree is the swing, which is by the front of the house.
2. -The bear was in the woods, while the raccoon ran away.
3. -Behind the first door is a bear. Beneath the bear's foot is a raccoon.
