Randy Bish, Pittsburgh, PA -- the Tribune-Review This cartoon is mocking the fact that OJ Simpson was arrested. It has OJ in a jail cell with another man who is named "Fate". This is portraying the fact that eventually OJ would get arrested after finding his way out of his last endeavor. At the bottom of the image, the man is saying "At Last, We Meet". The quote and the mans name tag are indicating that it was indeed OJ Simpson's fate to get arrested and although he escaped the first time, it was bound to happen eventually. This cartoon is a very good and creative cartoon in the mocking of OJ's arrest. I do believe that OJ was dodging a copius amount of bullets in the past few years and finally was unable to dodge this one. It is once again amazing how an amazing sports superstar was able to find his way into a jail cell. It seems as if the sportsmen of this time and age will never learn how to stay out of trouble.

I agree, O.J has been able to cheat fate and slip away from jail many times, but it has caught up to haunt him. He must have known that he couldn't escape forever. I cant help but laugh at the big guy they use for fate because of what happens in jail and it looks to me like this guy is his cellmate.

Good work, Jonathon. Your reply to a classmate could have used a bit more elaboration.
