The cartoon displays a Malibu rehab center that has two palm trees on either side of the building and looks fancy. Next door there is a building that has a sign on the top that reads "Liquor store". In between the two buildings there are twelve footprints coming from the rehab center to the liquor store. On the bottom of the cartoon it reads, "The Lindsay Lohan 12 step program."
This cartoon is obviously poking fun at Lindsay Lohan's inability to get sober. The media is always showing pictures and videos of her with a beer or some type of alcoholic beverage in her hand. She supposedly went to rehab already, but it doesn't seem to have helped. The cartoon is somewhat funny, but there is some seriousness in it. Lindsay Lohan is one of the teenage starlets who needs more than just rehab for a month. Someone needs to get a hold of her and knock some sense into her brain before she kills herself or someone else. As we all know she has had a couple car accidents, and we don't want to be the car she hits next.
