Hartford Courant 6/29/07 This cartoon is all about the i phone. It looks like a man and his wife are in the picture. The man is relaxing in a hammock outside and his wife and him are talking, and his wife is saying that she thought he was going to mow the lawn and her husband replied that his i phone is doing it pertaining to the image that the i phone can do pretty much everything and pretty much has everything. I really like this cartoon because the i phone is a really cool piece of technology and it does seem as if it can do anything. It has pretty much anything that you can think of on it and a lot of people want it because all of its cool features it has.Obviously the i phone can't mow a lawn but the humor is that it can supposedly do everything, so it obviously can mow a lawn.

i think this cartoon is really funny because the i phone is one of the newest pieces of technology that you can do many things on that you couldn't do with other phones. The cartoonist is exaggerating the fact that the i phone can do almost any and everything.

Well this cartoon has too much exaggeration on the I Phone but it is true that pretty much the I Phone can do a lot. For example: besides calling, texting people and regular stuff that a phone can do, you can go on the internet, check your email, use a GPS system to find whatever directions to go anywhere; play music, watch downloadable videos and movies. I mean the I Phone has everything, if it could turn into a car with unlimited amounts of gas, I would save money to buy it.

I got a nice giggle out of this cartoon. The iPhone has all the capabilities of a phone, computer, television, iPod, and who knows what else. Ironically the only thing it can't do is mow the lawn, haha. Great cartoon.

A number of problems here. Run-on sentence in 1st paragraph leads to confusion; second paragraph does little to create an argument; "seems to" weakens your argument in your first paragraph.
Pet peeve in reply to classmate (that vs. who).
