In this Cartoon we see a killer whale in a tank named Tilikum. There is a question mark above the head of the whale. Inside of the tank with Tilikum are two other fish with the same puzzled look as the whale. On the other side of the tank stands a detective and a police officer. The police officer is standing with his hands in his utlity belt. The detective is standing with a badge in his left hand. Underneath the picture is a quote said by the detective. It says: ''You have the right to remain silent; anything you say can and will be used against you....''. This is said to the Tilikum.
Although killer whale's are dangerous animals, this one was tammed and taught to preform. Many animals held in captivity have been known to act up and out with disorderly conduct. Animals belong in their natural habitat and should not be kept in a container for humans to make do tricks. Human's would not want to be held under water, in gigantic bubbles, for the sea creatures entertainment. Tilikum is being put under arrest because of the death that he caused to one of his trainers. Many people are saying that he killed the trainer or that he was playing with the trainer. Tilikum grab the pony tail of the trainer and dragged her under waterand held her there for about 20 mins. To humans this would have been known as a homicide, but all the female trainers are supposed to have their hangging hair in a bun instead of a pony tail. The tank where Tilikum is swiming is a crime scene and thats why the law enforcement shows up at the tank.
