In this political cartoon, we see Sara Palin's palm and how it is full of instructions on what she should do. It tells her to do things like bat her eyelashes, fake authenticity, wink, and so on. This shows how when she makes a speech she plays a role to try and get people on her side.
In the Tea Baggers Convention, Sara Palin was talking down on how President Obama needs a teleprompter to make a speech. Yet when she forgot what she was suppose to say in her Tea Bag party speech, she deliberately looks down on her palm. This shows us how hypocritical she is, and how she made herself look dumb trying to make a point.
